Three steps to support

    Download & launch

    Use the button above and run the file. Windows/macOS may show a one-time security prompt — that is normal, just confirm.

    Tell support your ID

    The client opens and shows a 9-digit ID. Read it out to the agent you are already on the phone or video call with.

  3. 3

    Accept the connection

    "Allow connection?" appears on your screen. Click Accept. Done — support can now see your screen.
